Bennett Partners will benchmark your organization against a model of high performance. We will assess and provide recommendations in terms of your organization's Leadership focus, relationship to Customers, the cohesion of your Culture, and the appropriate development of your Infrastructure.
Typical results include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Organizational SWOT Analysis highlighting Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
- Root Cause and Gap Analyses reviewing status of organizational imperatives against current organizational baselines
- Action Planning to prioritize initiatives for senior management and to close organizational and/or leadership gaps

Our Process:
- Individual Interviews with leadership team members, including Board members and other key influencers as appropriate
- Focus Groups across position level and across functional departments
- Surveys of individuals and/or full-census surveys, as circumstances dictate
